Primary Packaging
Soft Blister packages of disposable syringes within individual sterile packs, allows sterility of the syringes to be validate for 3 years and/or 5 years. These soft blister packs are labeled with all necessary data relating to syringe type, volume, sterilization method, mfg date, expiry date and lot number. The blister packs can be opened easy peel-ability.
Secondary Packaging
The secondary packaging box contributes to the disposable syringes' overall functionality. It is designed for the purpose of easy and comfortable removal of the products, Additionally we take great care of our environmental responsibility by using cardboard made of recyclable raw materials.
The disposable syringes are available without needle’ or with needle.
Our syringes are manufactured according to the latest international requirements and local standards such GMP and ISO. Total Quality Management according to GMP, ISO and CE certification enable total batch traceability through all production stages from the input of raw material to the final release of the' product after sterilization. This total quality system is supported by automatic online inspection devices inbuilt on machines to assure consistency of highest product quality,
